Twin Oaks Cabin is an air conditioned, totally equipped vacation cabin that you will really enjoy. Twin Oaks has all the amenities that you want in your home away from home plus being in the natural beauty of Cook Forest State Park.
Twin Oaks Cabin, with air conditioning, features a combined living/kitchen/dining area. The country kitchen appliances include -- microwave, stove, refrigerator, toaster, drip coffee pot, Keurig one cup coffee pot, dishes, cookware and silverware. The living room has satellite TV and a gas log fireplace. The cabin has a bathroom with shower. There is auxiliary heat (furnace) for those cooler evenings.
Twin Oaks Cabin sleeps 2 to 6 persons in 2 bedrooms. There is a Queen bed in the main bedroom and double bunk beds in the second bedroom.
The outside picnic area for this cabin includes a large porch with porch furniture, a swing, picnic table and fire pit (wood burning) area with a charcoal grill..
We are sure that you will enjoy the seclusion and closeness to nature at Twin Oaks Cabin.
Twin Oaks Cabin accommodates a total of 6 persons. Base rate is for 4 persons. There is an additional $15 per person over 4 persons in Twin Oaks Cabin. Pre-approved pets are $15 per night per pet with a maximum of 2 pets per cabin.Â
IN-SEASON RATE FOR TWIN OAKS CABIN: (May 1 to Oct 31)
Fri & Sat Rate $230/night. Sun-Thurs Rate $200/night. Weekly (7 night rate) $1,170.

Fri & Sat Rate $200/night.. Sun-Thurs Rate $175/night. Weekly (7 night rate) $1,015.
All rates are plus 11% hotel tax.
A 5% Administration Fee is required as of 2023. This Admin Fee is a recurring fee intended to help cover the costs of account maintenance, invoicing, and payment processing.

Cancellation Policy
If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation by noon thirty (30) days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded less a re-booking fee of $75.00. Or, you may choose to apply your deposit, less the re-booking fee to a future visit within 6 months. You will forfeit your deposit if you cancel within the thirty (30) day period prior to your reservation date. Persons who arrive late or depart early receive neither a credit nor a refund.
During your stay in the cabin(s), the Owner strives to maintain the property so that you, the Guest, experience a clean and safe stay. While there may be circumstances beyond the Owner's control, the Owner will make reasonable efforts to deal with any malfunctions. The Owner cannot refund any monies due to such malfunctions but will respond as quickly as possible to make repairs or restore services. Power failures due to storms, etc. are considered beyond the Owner's control and will not constitute a refund of money. The Owner shall have the right of access to the Premises for repair and maintenance during reasonable hours.
Deposit Policy
Your deposit to hold your advance reservation is 50% of your rental fee and is to be received within 7 days of making your reservation. Deposits can be paid with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, your debit card, check or money order.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays. Please select your dates on our online booking calendar for an exact quote.

Love renting these cabins and the area is great. Top Hill is the only place we have rented from. Minor things that we let the owners know about but we will definitely stay again. This was our 3rd stay.
