CABIN RATES AND FEES

Nightly Rates
Our nightly rates vary based on demand, season, and availability. Rates may be higher during weekends, holidays, and peak travel times, and lower during midweek or off-season stays.

Occupancy
All rates include up to 4 guests per cabin (one-bedroom cabins have a maximum occupancy of 2 guests).
Additional guests are $15 per person, per night, plus 11% hotel tax.

Pets
Pre-approved dogs are welcome at a rate of $15 per dog, per night, plus 11% hotel tax.
Maximum of 2 dogs per cabin.

Cleaning Fee
A $60 cleaning fee is applied to each reservation to ensure a high-quality experience for every guest.

Administration Fee
A 5% administration fee is applied to all reservations. This helps cover the costs of account maintenance, invoicing, and payment processing.
