Cozy Sugar Pine Cottage

Cabin was beautiful. Had a wonderful time.

Everything was as described. Very nice and peaceful place and would stay there again if up in the area.

This is a wonderful place to stay.,.. very clean and comfortable with many thoughtful touches. I slept great and was comfortable with the AC keeping it cool. The deer are regular visitors in the back yard. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is a couple minor things that holds it back from perfect that doesn't really deter from your stay.... the front screen door had gaps around it and the rear screen door had holes in the screen. Sitting on the swing here is so nice.... spent a good deal of time there.... very quiet too.... great place to unwind

Comfortable for winter camping. We saw the big sheets of ice on the Clarion River.

Lovely use of space-fitting living area. sleeping area and kitchen into a space this size and making it feel spacious is no easy task. Well done!

Spent our days hiking and our evenings reading on the swing. Dinners on the porch with deer browsing apples under the trees. Squirrels scurrying across the roof. So peaceful and relaxing!

Great cabin and experience. Very nice and clean. We just wish there was wi-fi actually wi-fi in the cabins like some of the other places we stayed. Wi- fi advertised we thought it would be in the cabins. Other than that we loved it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Your cabin is beautiful (Sugar Pine). The only thing we could use was a fly swatter, and back door inside blind wouldn't close (privacy issue).

Our busy lives led us to come to Cook Forest! We needed a getaway and Wow! there is so much to do here at Cook Forest that we will make a 2nd and maybe even more trips per year! We hiked and went shopping. We will be back!

We have been coming to Sugar Pine since 2006 when we were girlfriend and boyfriend. We are married now. This is a quiet little romantic place that both of us share. We can go anywhere but the hospitality from Larry and Lois is First Class! I wanted to take my wife horse back riding but due to the weather, we could not. We just hung out and enjoyed the horses at Silver Stallion.The owner gave us apples to feed the horses. Life is short, enjoy the R n R at Cook Forest. A little R n R goes a long way. Enjoy Sugar Pine Cottage.

What a long, fun filled two days. We needed time to relax away from home. We loved itout here. We couldn't have picked a better place!

We had a beautiful stay here at Cook Forest. Our week started a little rocky as our tubing adventure was rained out. We waited out the rain by going to different shops in the Forest and driving to Farmer's Inn at Sigel. We hiked the 1.5 miles up to Seneca Point and the Fire Tower. It was totally worth it! The view was unlike anything I have ever seen before. We got a raincheck on our tubing excursion which we did the next day. Tubing down the river was beautiful!

This place is ideal for us. We found Sugar Pine on-line and are happy we found it! We got a chance to enjoy some cold weather, each other's company, light the fire, watch some movies, drink coffee and do nothing! We played some cards, sat around and laughed, realizing that being together is what it's all about!

This was our first trip to Cook Forest together and we could not have picked a better place than Sugar Pine to stay at! We were surprised with how nice it was. This was the perfect place to spend a romantic weekend celebrating our anniversary. We had candle light dinners both nights. We went to Double Diamond Deer Ranch which was a neat experience for us. Without a doubt, we will be back!
