Red Maple Cabin is a modern, totally equipped vacation cabin with a large, covered, wrap-around deck. Located in a very remote, wooded location, you will have the peace and quiet you desire while still being close to Cook Forest State Park.

Red Maple Cabin is our most secluded cabin, offering a quiet and private retreat. It’s an ideal choice for guests looking to truly get away and enjoy a peaceful, undisturbed stay surrounded by nature. With air conditioning, it also provides a comfortable escape during the warmer months.
Inside, the cabin features a large combined living and dining area, along with a separate country kitchen fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, and Keurig. Cookware, dishes, and utensils are all provided for your convenience. The living room includes satellite TV, along with a Warm Morning gas stove and an auxiliary gas furnace to keep the space comfortable year-round. A full bathroom with a shower is also included.
Red Maple sleeps up to 6 guests across two bedrooms. The master bedroom features one queen bed, while the second bedroom includes a set of queen bunk beds, providing a total of three queen beds—ideal for families or groups traveling together.
Red Maple Cabin accommodates a total of 6 persons. Base rate is for 4 persons. There is an additional $15 per person over 4 persons in Red Maple Cabin.
Pre-approved pets are $15 per night per pet with a maximum of 2 pets per cabin.Â

Cancellation Policy
If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation by noon thirty (30) days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded less a re-booking fee of $75.00. Or, you may choose to apply your deposit, less the re-booking fee to a future visit within 6 months. You will forfeit your deposit if you cancel within the thirty (30) day period prior to your reservation date. Persons who arrive late or depart early receive neither a credit nor a refund.
During your stay in the cabin(s), the Owner strives to maintain the property so that you, the Guest, experience a clean and safe stay. While there may be circumstances beyond the Owner's control, the Owner will make reasonable efforts to deal with any malfunctions. The Owner cannot refund any monies due to such malfunctions but will respond as quickly as possible to make repairs or restore services. Power failures due to storms, etc. are considered beyond the Owner's control and will not constitute a refund of money. The Owner shall have the right of access to the Premises for repair and maintenance during reasonable hours.
Deposit Policy
Your deposit to hold your advance reservation is 50% of your rental fee and is to be received within 7 days of making your reservation. Deposits can be paid with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, your debit card, check or money order.

Absolutely wonderful stay! my husband, our daughter and I enjoyed it very much! perfectly relaxing and well stocked. Would love to visit again!!!
The cabin was very clean and cozy. The gas heat stove was a nice touch on a cold evening adding warmth and a beautiful ambiance. It is the last cabin on a very quiet road in the woods, with woods surrounding the house. The fire pit area was nice, but we didn’t get to use it because it was raining. The front porch was large with plenty of seating. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies, but did not have any spices/salt/pepper which was fine for us because we had our own. The cabin is in a great location, just minutes from Cook Forest and just a minute down the road is a restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying in the red maple cabin. We were in town for a wedding and this was a perfect place to stay. We were minutes from the venue yet on a private road secluded in the woods. Theres some close restaurants if needed and town is only a short drive away if you forget something. We were able to bring our 2 dogs along which was a huge plus as well. The cabin had all the basic essentials minus towel linens. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

This cabin is perfect for us. Now as I sit to write of our stay in the book I noticed it is coming to an end. My only suggestion is PLEASE somehow keep the old pages so we can look back every year on our old visits. Maybe a notebook w/inserts?

Our recent stay at the Red Maple cabin was super! The cabin was very clean and comfortable. We hiked at nearby Cook Forest then returned to the cozy cabin for relaxing games and yummy food. Pat and Bill

The area is great as always, however, the only complaint about the cabin is the bathroom. The hole at the base of the shower in the floor is concerning. Everything else was good.
We enjoyed the cabin, and everything in the area. We would love to come back.

We absolutely love staying with Top Hill Cabins!! The cabins are beautiful as well as the area. The only issue is the cell phone service, and lack of wifi.

The can opener was broken when we got arrived. We accidently broke the inside handle of the main screen door, sorry if we owe money please let us know.
