Maple Grove Cabin is your cabin for a perfect romantic getaway or family vacation. Maple Grove offers air conditioning, wood burning fireplace, eat-in kitchen and satellite tv.
Maple Grove is an air conditioned cabin featuring a large combined living room & dining area. A separate country kitchen has microwave, stove, refrigerator, toaster, regular drip coffee maker and a Keurig one cup coffee maker, dishes, cookware and silverware. The living room has satellite TV with a DVD player and a wood-burning fireplace. The cabin has bathroom with a shower.
Maple Grove Cabin sleeps 2 to 6 persons in 2 bedrooms. There is a Queen bed in the master bedroom and 2 double beds in the second bedroom.
The outside picnic area for Maple Grove Cabin includes a swing by the firepit. A large back porch has been added enhancing your outdoor enjoyment. There is a picnic table, charcoal grill and firepit in the picnic area. The front entry porch has a roof and is covered.
Maple Grove Cabin accommodates a total of 6 persons. Base rate is for 4 persons. There is an additional $15 per person over 4 persons in Maple Grove Cabin. Pre-approved pets are $15 per night per pet with a maximum of 2 pets per cabin.Â
IN-SEASON RATE FOR MAPLE GROVE CABIN: (May 1 to Oct 31)
Fri & Sat Rate $230/night. Sun-Thurs Rate $200/night. Weekly (7 night rate) $1,170.

A 5% Administration Fee is required as of 2023. This Admin Fee is a recurring fee intended to help cover the costs of account maintenance, invoicing, and payment processing.

Cancellation Policy
If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation by noon thirty (30) days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded less a re-booking fee of $75.00. Or, you may choose to apply your deposit, less the re-booking fee to a future visit within 6 months. You will forfeit your deposit if you cancel within the thirty (30) day period prior to your reservation date. Persons who arrive late or depart early receive neither a credit nor a refund.
During your stay in the cabin(s), the Owner strives to maintain the property so that you, the Guest, experience a clean and safe stay. While there may be circumstances beyond the Owner's control, the Owner will make reasonable efforts to deal with any malfunctions. The Owner cannot refund any monies due to such malfunctions but will respond as quickly as possible to make repairs or restore services. Power failures due to storms, etc. are considered beyond the Owner's control and will not constitute a refund of money. The Owner shall have the right of access to the Premises for repair and maintenance during reasonable hours.
Deposit Policy
Your deposit to hold your advance reservation is 50% of your rental fee and is to be received within 7 days of making your reservation. Deposits can be paid with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, your debit card, check or money order.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays. Please select your dates on our online booking calendar for an exact quote.

Just a suggestion!! I would put firewood on porch so if and when it rains , the firewood isn't wet.
