Hidden Oaks Cabin is a beautiful, remote, and secluded 3-bedroom, 2-bath cabin surrounded by huge oak trees.

Hidden Oaks is nestled in a private wooded area on our 20+ acres. This cabin features a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, coffee pot, toaster, stove, refrigerator, cookware, dishes, and silverware. In the large living room area, you will find a couch, a large chair, a wood rocking chair, end tables, a television with satellite TV, and a DVD player. This cabin also has a beautiful, large wood-burning fireplace. With your comfort in mind, auxiliary gas heat is provided.

Hidden Oaks' accommodations include two bedrooms, each with one queen bed, and a third bedroom with a set of queen bunk beds. The Master Bedroom has its own bathroom. This arrangement provides a total of four queen beds, accommodating up to eight persons.

Hidden Oaks is situated on approximately two acres of land and is great for viewing the wildlife in the area.

Included also is an outdoor picnic area with a fire ring, lawn furniture, picnic table, and charcoal grill. The cabin also has a large back porch furnished with wood lawn furniture and a porch swing. The large back porch faces out to a large forested area, making it a nice place to have your morning coffee or relax in the evening.

Hidden Oaks Cabin accommodates a total of 8 persons. The base rate is for 4 persons. There is an additional $15 per person over 4 persons in Hidden Oaks Cabin. Pre-approved pets are $15 per night per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per cabin.

IN-SEASON RATE FOR HIDDEN OAKS CABIN: (May 1 to Oct 31)
Fri & Sat Rate $245/night. Sun-Thurs Rate $215/night. Weekly (7 night rate) $1200.

Fri & Sat Rate $215/night. Sun-Thurs Rate $195/night. Weekly (7 night rate) $1100.

All rates are plus 11% hotel tax.

A 5% Administration Fee is required as of 2023. This Admin Fee is a recurring fee intended to help cover the costs of account maintenance, invoicing, and payment processing.

Cancellation Policy

If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation by noon thirty (30) days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded less a re-booking fee of $75.00. Or, you may choose to apply your deposit, less the re-booking fee to a future visit within 6 months. You will forfeit your deposit if you cancel within the thirty (30) day period prior to your reservation date. Persons who arrive late or depart early receive neither a credit nor a refund.

During your stay in the cabin(s), the Owner strives to maintain the property so that you, the Guest, experience a clean and safe stay. While there may be circumstances beyond the Owner's control, the Owner will make reasonable efforts to deal with any malfunctions. The Owner cannot refund any monies due to such malfunctions but will respond as quickly as possible to make repairs or restore services. Power failures due to storms, etc. are considered beyond the Owner's control and will not constitute a refund of money. The Owner shall have the right of access to the Premises for repair and maintenance during reasonable hours.

Deposit Policy

Your deposit to hold your advance reservation is 50% of your rental fee and is to be received within 7 days of making your reservation. Deposits can be paid with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, your debit card, check or money order.

Our first stay at Cook Forest, what a great family get away. We had 2 - 6 year old little girls, a 1 year old baby boy, four adults, and grammy. We all enjoyed it (from all ages) the cabin is so cozy and the outside... well amazing! We will definatley be back and would recommend these cabins to anyone! Thank you!

This is the most wonderful cabin I ever stayed in. All the renovations are beautiful. We will definitely stay at this cabin again. We love how secluded and quiet it is. We enjoyed ourselves so much. We came with our best friends and I will always remember the great time we had. We all are planning to come back next fall and we hope to get this same cabin.

This was such a nice quiet get-away fro us. The cabin was clean and had all of the necessities of a relaxing vacation. Our group had a wonderful time exploring the local parks, especially Letchworth. The waterfalls were amazing! Some of us hiked from upper falls to the lower falls. Our thighs haven't forgiven us yet... hahah. We has a marvelous time here at your cabin. You do a wonderful job maintaining them. Thank you so much for the wonderful memories and relaxation we all needed so much.

My husband and I have been spending a get away weekend at Hidden Oaks at least once a year for the past 5 years. We feel like it's our home away from home. The decor is homey and comfortable. The owners are very nice. The cabin is always clean. It's a great place. If you're trying to decide if you want to visit Top Hills Cabins, we highly recommend it.
