Extremely happy with our stay at Buckeye Cabin. The cabin was cozy, clean and the perfect amount of space for our family. The indoor fireplace was wonderful to have during our cold, rainy weekend. The outside was beautiful and had a fantastic fire pit and seating. Can't wait to stay again during the summer time.
Great Cabin! Thanks for a great time.
Very lovely place
The cabin was in a quiet area, easily assessable to many destinations. The cell phone service was spotty due to the terrain. We had a pleasant experience and the accommodations were at a reasonable price. I would lodge again at this location.
Staying here was a wonderful time. I hope to return again with more family and visit more of the area!
Buckeye cabin is a wonderful little getaway.our dogs had a blast hiking around cook forest state park and Allegheny. Lois and Elizabeth are amazing too! We forgot to bring towels and Elizabeth was on it about helping us out. We had a blast!
Clean and quiet location. Very comfortable beds. We had a minor issue with the spray hose in the kitchen sink. Called the office and it was fixed in about 5 minutes. Everyone we spoke with was friendly and helpful. Definitely would book here again.
Enjoyed our stay, everything was great. Looking forward to another visit with family for a longer stay.
We had a great time! We saw a salamander on the sidewalk as we were leaving! We will be back.
Very nice, loved the big porch. Everything is clean and well-stocked. Would definitely come back!
Love this cabin! Great location and friendly service! Great weather for memorial day 2024!
We didn't need paper products from home--you had enough for us. Chocolates were great!!
Would come again.
All the dishes/pots and pans--perfect! Beds comfortable, etc.
Backporch is a treat!! Wonderful stay in this beautiful area.
NEAT AND IMMACULATE! THE AREA_THE BEST OF PA! Enjoyed TRAILS, CABIN, SWING, PORCH, NATURE. Our visit was to REST+RELAR+ENJOY THE GREAT OUTDOORS--which we DID. We stayed here before with our whole family in the first cabin quite awhile ago. This experience with a friend did not disappoint in the Buckeye Cabin. The cabin is a charmer and the woods behind the cabin is stunning! We enjoyed the trails nearby and would do this again in a heartbeat!!
Comfortable cabin with everything I would have brought from home. Thank you!
Loved that it was tucked in the trees. Our almost 2 yr. old loved the yard and porch. Will definitely book again. We sort of liked it better than the Hemlock because of the location.
cabin was real nice. Refrigerator barely worked, freezer works good.
Thank, I will recommend your cabin.
I just got back from a fabulous long weekend in the Cook Forest area. The cabins were recommended to me (a decidedly city person) by a family member. I am not a terribly big outdoorsman, but absolutely fell in love with the forest because of my experience at the cabin. We stayed at the Buckeye cabin, by the way. It was ig enough to accomodate 5 of us. There are two bedrooms, a couch, and plenty of room for an air mattress or cot. The kitchen was complete with a microwave, oven, stove and refrigerator. And for those who wish to watch the Steelers (or your favorite team)...satellite TV! The cabin itself was awesome. There was an awesome back deck where everyone seemed to end up after waking up... lying in the adirondack chairs with their coffee (because there IS a coffee machine!) The fire pit and firewood were awesome, too! If you are a pet person, this particular cabin had two anchored dog leashes! For a small price more you can bring your canine friends. We definitely plan on going back and I think you could do a lot worse than to stay at Top Hill Cabins!! A+
PS: While satellite TV and modern conveniences friendly, the reception (at least Verizon) was spotty at best. But if you are going for a relaxing weekend it's the last thing I would worry about!
